Kodiak Group provides sales transformation playbooks and programs enabling companies to transform their sales teams through better understanding the sales and business challenges they face. The Kodiak Group approached Doc4 seeking a custom website solution allowing them to digitize current playbooks and create new ones through a content managed admin.
In response to this Doc4 built SalesOptyx, a custom digital platform allowing the Kodiak Group to create customer portals containing specialized content playbooks. Each playbook is individually customized and created through the platform itself, videos are used to record and practice sales techniques, and are reviewed by peers and the Client to ensure training is being executed in a concise manner. The digital platform was designed 'tablet first' as this is the most common experience expected with a desktop version quickly following.
