We’ll be celebrating our 2025 successes, and recognizing the organization’s current and incoming leadership and Community Awards winners in a luncheon format from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Keynote Speaker: Blake Warren Woolsey | Chief Strategy and Communications Officer, Walton College

Blake Woolsey is Chief Strategy and Communications Officer for the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, where she leads strategic positioning, communications and external engagement in support of the college’s national visibility and long-term growth. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, Woolsey is known for helping institutions clarify their purpose, strengthen their reputations and lead through periods of transformation.

Prior to joining the Walton College, Woolsey served as Chief Communications and Development Officer for Heartland Forward, a national think-and-do tank focused on accelerating economic growth and opportunity across the middle of the country. She previously founded Blake Communications, advising organizations on corporate strategy, leadership development and future readiness, with clients ranging from the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library to healthcare systems, utilities and major industry initiatives shaping the future of supply chain and timber.

Earlier in her career, Woolsey spent a decade as Executive Vice President at Mitchell Communications Group, where she led client service, creative, training and leadership excellence teams and worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands to connect authentically with local communities. She also co-owned Executive Communications Consultants, providing executive coaching and facilitation alongside three-time CEO and author Elise Mitchell.

Woolsey brings deep experience in advancement and philanthropy, having played a leadership role in the University of Arkansas’s Campaign for the 21st Century, which exceeded $1 billion. She helped secure the landmark $50 million gift that named the Sam M. Walton College of Business—the largest gift to an American business school at the time.

A long-time Northwest Arkansas civic leader, Woolsey has served as the first female chair of the Northwest Arkansas National Airport board and remains deeply engaged in advancing the region’s business and community leadership.
