Astro Loyalty is an app allowing pet retailers to offer frequent buyer rewards programs and coupons for their customers in a simple, tidy package. The creators of the app have ties within the manufacturer incentive programs allowing them to offer amazing discounts to their clients. It's a win, win for the the customer and pet shop owner.

Doc4 was approached to provide experienced advice regarding user experience clarification during the sign up process. Because the app is first sold to the pet store owner and then offered to the customers there was confusion during the sign up process not informing/confirming with your pet store owner. Looking at the app from a customer perspective we were able to reconstruct the app layout to meet these requirements. We helped to clarify and set up several stop gap measures to ensure that the customer would have fewer issues and the app creators would receive fewer calls.
