In 2011, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art took the initiative to launch a user-friendly mobile iPhone and iPad app to coincide with the opening of their incredible space in Bentonville, Arkansas. One of their main goals while researched agencies was to stay local and they ultimately decided to take us up on our offer. They contacted our in-house partners for the initial development, who then worked with us to tackle the design.
While our original layout emphasized the modern arched appearance that is now widely associated with the Crystal Bridges brand our most recent update modernizes it, matches the branding to the current website as well as the Crystal Bridges Outdoor App and State of the Art app, and punches it up a notch for a sophisticated design that reached past our best. Crystal Bridges has won several awards for the app's design and ease of use.
