Grand Idea Studio is a product design, development, and licensing firm with a focus on consumer devices and open source modules for electronics hobbyists. It is run by computer engineer and hardware hacker Joe Grand.

Joe approached Doc4 to help redesign and develop his website for the second time in 2019. Taking what we had previously developed using the WordPress platform we expanded on this to help bring the site into the modern age. We moved out of WordPress for security reasons and into a React/Node set up. We not only ported everything from the previous website but added a good deal of additional material to preserve Joe's legacy with heightened security. 

The custom mobile responsive website has an easy to understand content management system attached to it allowing Joe the freedom he needs in order to quickly update speaking events, new products, and documents at will.
