Leading professional women to transform the business landscape across NWA.

Under the umbrella of the Rogers-Lowell Chamber Small Business Council, Hustle In Heels was formed by a group of NWA women. The Mission for Hustle In Heels is "Leading professional women to transform the business landscape across NWA." Our member-driven programs intend to offer local subject matter experts with an interactive focus for enterprising businesswomen. We are leaders in economic and business growth for our region and desire to be connected to one another.

All women in business are encouraged to attend whether you work in a professional office environment or run a machine in a manufacturing facility (#heelsnotrequired). Every program is designed so that all women can participate. This initiative is not to replace other women-centered associations in the area but is intended to supplement them by providing presentations on relevant topics, small group discussion opportunities, networking, and occasions for relationship development. Women are interested in personal engagement and parallel learning. Our programs are interactive and conversation-driven. We intend for every woman to leave with something they can implement in their professional or personal life after every event.

Chamber membership is not required to attend the events; there will be a small fee to cover the event costs. Quarterly events will be scheduled at various times of the day. e In Heels. Registration is requested for our events.
