Central States Manufacturing produces metal roofing and siding for thousands of customers across America. These customers make a variety of structures, including backyard garages, metal roofs, industrial complexes, and even agricultural buildings from their products. Since 1988 in a simple 15,000 s.f. plant in Rogers, Arkansas they quickly expanded across the United States.
To help create visuals for their newest product, a bolt-up steel building, Central States reached out locally to Doc4 for assistance in setting up the, very detailed, instruction manuals. We painstakingly created imagery for each item in parts lists as well as intricate diagrams for every step of the process. Developing patterns for exploded views of steel beams with fasteners and bolts while working our way through to the completed structures.
Using AutoCAD to quickly manipulate each object and slowly connecting every part we were able to deliver a series of manuals for 20x24, 30x40, and 24x30 steel buildings with optional siding and Wainscot.Visit Website
